We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return policy for unused items within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@dmdesignservices.com and provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will then work with you to arrange for the repair or replacement of the item.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the item has been delivered to you, including damage caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance. We also cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any custom-made or special-order items.
