Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: $7.95 flat rate — arrives in 5–7 business days

• Express Shipping: $24.95 flat rate — arrives in 3–5 business days

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250 (before taxes and discounts)

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Handling Fees

Some items may require additional packaging due to size or fragility. If applicable, a handling fee will be added at checkout and communicated clearly before purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Note: We use Shippo as our shipping partner. Some tracking emails may come directly from Shippo (tracking@shippo.com or a similar sender). Please check your inbox and spam folder for updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
